UPCOMING EVENTS
The Menehune & Surfin’ 60s
The Doheny Longboard Surfing Association would love to invite you to our annual Menehune & Surfin’ 60s event. This year will be held at Second Spot, Doheny State Beach, Dana Point, CA.
This event is open to all interested in competing. Saturday’s event is the kid’s surf contest, the Menehune contest, open to all contestants 17 and under. Sunday’s event is the ever-challenging Surfin’ 60s event where masters of the old logs take to the water to demonstrate their skill.
Entry Fees are $35 for both contests.

Menehune contestants: First round, second round and semi finals will be held on Saturday, June 27 starting at 8am.
Finals for the Menehune will be held on SUNDAY, June 28 starting at 8am.
All kids will surf at least TWICE.
Push ins will be allowed in the 6 & Under Co-ed Division and Boys and Girls 7-9 Years divisions.
Surfin' 60s contestants MUST ride a board that was shaped BEFORE 1970.
No refunds will be given after Saturday, June 20 at 5pm.
Heats will be released no later than Wednesday, June 24 at 5pm.
